Day trip to Berlin

These are all pictures from our day trip to Berlin. The first picture is at a holocaust memorial. We went into the underground museum. The rain added to the mood. Next, we want to the Pergamum museum. It was neat to see the remains of a place mentioned in the Bible. Pergamum is mentioned in Revelation 2. The museum also has the gate from Babylon..another place mentioned in the Bible. Babylon is we're Daniel was when he was thrown into the lions den. Pretty cool to walk through the same gate that Daniel probably walked through. It is amazing how the bricks have kept there blue and yellow color. We then went to a museum for the Berlin Wall. I decided it was snack time so I walked across the street and got a doner. It is kinda like a gyro. It definitely hit the spot. The last picture is a section of the wall that is still up.
